Coming up Later in the Year
Dads in the Canteen – If you think you can survive the lunchtime rush at the school canteen, you’ll get your opportunity in the last week of term 3. More info will come out in the next few weeks.
Bunnings Sausage Sizzle – This year the LADDs will be holding a sausage sizzle at Joondalup Bunnings on 13 October (the day before we return for Term4). This is a big day and is how the LADDs raise funds to host activities throughout the year. We’ll need volunteers for the day, so if you are keen and can help out then save the date. More info will come out soon.
IT Safety Night – If you have ever been concerned with what your children can see online or who might be talking to them online, then this night is for you. The IT Safety Night will be held on 22 October and Safe4Kids will be running us through techniques to train us in child protection education. If you want to find out more about Safe4Kids, you can visit the website using the following link https://safe4kids.com.au/
More info will follow later in term 3.
Currambine Primary Campout – come along and pitch your tent inside the fenced school grounds on 16 November. It will be a fun event and a great opportunity to spend time with the kids away from the comforts of home. We’ll give more information once we have finalised our program of activities.
